Purpose
If SLT system is migrated from a lower SP to DMIS 2011 SP6 or later, LTRS users will experience all their lately migrated rule assignments in status 'NEW'. In deed, all rule assignments will still apply because internally the data field stays initial (NULL).
To reduce the confusion of showing the wrong status 'New' instead of 'Released', this report can be executed to have the initial values to be overwritten to status 'Released'.
Integration
No integration to other UIs intended. Execute it at your own risk.

Migration from DMIS 2011 SP5 or lower to DMIS 2011 SP6 or later version
