IUUC_CHECK_UNIQUE_INDEX - Check if receiver tables have a unique primary or secondary index

Purpose

This report checks tables to be processed in a near zero downtime project for two criteria:

1. Does the table have a primary index or otherwise, at least a unique secondary index? Tables not fulfillng this criterion are listed. For these, a correct processing is not possible.
2. Does the table have both a primary index and a unique secondary index? Such tables might cause problems in the delta transfer, because it might not be possible to insert certain records in the receiver system, if the corresponding value of the unique secondary index already exists in the DB system.
