IUUC_DOWNTIM_CONTROLLER_CLITR - Start data transfer in the downtime phase

Purpose

This report starts the transfer of the remaining (not yet transferred) data changes for those objects that should be transferred incrementally.

In order to get the rest of the data transferred as quick as possible, make use of all available batch processes for the data transfer.

In case of a restart, activate the corresponding checkbox. Then, only the tables for which the final transfer has not yet been done will be processed.
