IUUC_S4_DOWNLOAD_FROM_REF_SYS - Download from Upgrade Reference System

Report IUUC_S4_DOWNLOAD_FROM_REF_SYS has the following input parameters:

Options for selection of relevant transport list
1. Upgrade, EHP or S/4 Conversion (code = UB)
transport request list is taken from upgrade files XPRASUPG.BUF and TABIMUPG.BUF
2. Customer transports via buffer (code = CB)
transport request list is taken from file in DIR_TRANS/buffer directory, matchcode is available to select the file
3. Customer transports via file (code = CF)
transport request list is taken from .txt file on local PC, there are two file format depending on STMS parameter CTC:
a. CTC is not active ( CTC=0 ), file contains list of transport requests, ex.

b. CTC is active ( CTC=1 ), file contains list of transport requests with target client, field separator is semi-colon, ex.

4. Transports from time window (code = TW)
transport request list is taken from selection on table E070 filtered by AS4DATE (Start/end date of time window) and AS4TIME
(Start/end time of time window) and by TRFUNCTION equal to:
'K', "Workbench Request
'W', "Customizing Request
'P', "Piece List for Upgrade
'D', "Piece List for Support Package
'T', "Transport of copies
'R' "Repair
In this case a pop-up with list of selected transport requests is shown and user has the option to confirm or reject the
selection.

Parameters for File Download
1. radio-button to select file extension (JSON or XML)
2. flag to create a single ZIP file that contains all downloaded files, file name is

DOWNLOAD___.zip

3. flag to run download in Test mode, if set files are not written. If not set user should select download folder from Windows browser pop-up.
4. Partition size for download is the maximum number of table records written in a single file, if more than one file is created for same
table then file name is

.

is created with the following info
1. code of option to select transport request list (UB, CB, CF or TW)
2. CTC parameter value (0 or 1)
3. list of transport requests with corresponding origin:
X for transport requests taken from XPRASUPG.BUF file
M for transport requests taken from TABIMUPG.BUF file
C for transport requests taken from customer options (CB, CF or TW)
4. list of downloaded tables with corresponding file name and number of records

Download should be executed in upgrade reference system for each Maintenance Event under consideration, i.e. in case of S4 migration it should be executed one time for Maintenance Event of type U (upgrade) with option "Upgrade, EHP or S/4 Conversion" and one time for each Maintenance Event of type C (customer) with option "Customer transports via buffer" or "Customer transports via file" or "Transports from time window".
