Purpose

This report allows you to create artificial logging table entries on the sender system.

Integration

Prerequisites

Before creating artificial entries, logging tables must have already been created on the sender system. The mass transfer ID and sender RFC destination must be specified.

Activities

There are two options on how to use the report:

1.,,Specification on Selection Screen:
To create logging table entries for only one table with up to six fields, use the selection screen to specify the requirements. If you specify a field value the select options number correspond to the field number.

2.,,Upload CSV file:
The selection screen limit with the manual option can be avoided by uploading a CSV file. It must be a CSV file with the following format:
|TYPE|TABNAME|P_MAX_R|P_PAR|P_RR_PKG|
|TYPE|TABNAME|FIELD|SIGN|OPTION|LOW|HIGH|

TYPE 10 = Table Settings
TYPE 20 = Field & Select-Options
For OPTION, please only use statements like "EQ", "NE", "GE", "GT", "LE", "LT", "CP" and "NP" and not signs like =.

Hint: If you want to process all entries in a table you have to specify the Field & Select-Options as follows:

·,,For fieldname set a key field

·,,SIGN use I

·,,OPTION use NE

·,,LOW & HIGH leave empty

With this specification you will touch every entry in the table and therefore create a logging table entry for every entry in the table.

Example

Below is an example of how your CSV file content has to look like when using the CSV file upload feature:

|10|VBRK|2000000|10|100000|
|20|VBRK|ERDAT|I|BT|2020|2021|
|20|VBRK|DEDAT|I|EQ|2020| |

If you want to upload n tables with n fields where n > 1, you have to:

·,,create one row with type = 10 in the CSV file. This specifies the table settings.

·,,create as many rows as you need with type = 20 in the CSV file. Those specify the tables for which you want to create artificial logging table entries.
