IUUC_SET_RESET_WORKBENCH_LOCK - Set or reset the workbench lock in the source system (expert function)

Purpose

In case of a NZDT S/4 Conversion, the workbench of the source system is automatically locked as soon as the DB triggers are created there. This expert function provides the option to remove this lock if required for emergency transports. Please handle this with care, and set the lock again right after the transports have been imported.
