IUUC_TRUNCATE_DMC_INDXCL - Delete Data from Staging for Initial Load

Purpose

When a system is used as the source for an initial load using e.g. SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server (SLT), some data may be persisted in the source system. This happens in case the so-called 'Cluster technique' is used which stages the data for better overall load performance in the source system.

The two tables containing the respective data are usually cleaned up automatically. If however for some reason data remains in the staging tables and you want to remove this data, execute this report.

The tables which will be truncated are (based on the selection) DMC_INDXCL and DMC_CLUPTR.

Attention: Ensure that no initial load using the cluster technique (Reading Type 4 or 5 in SLT) is ongoing when truncating the tables. In case an initial load is still running (or is being prepared by the access plan calculation) the calculation / load process will abort with an error.
