Description

This report retrieves formerly archived fiscal documents (such as NF, NF-e, and CT-e). The fiscal documents can be uploaded from an archive file into the SAP System.

The complete data from the chosen archiving file are reloaded. Selection of certain parts of one archiving file is not supported. The archive file is not accessible after reloading any more. After starting, the program offers a list of all existing archive files for fiscal documents and you can select the files that you want to reload.

You can schedule the report to run as a batch job in the ARCHIVE MANAGEMENT using the archiving object J_1BNF.

Requirements

The data must have been deleted after archiving (Delete Program). If the data is not deleted, the following problems can occur:

  • The reloading program cannot find any files to reload.
  • If entries in the database and in the archive have identical primary keys, it is not possible to reload the data to the database. Therefore the data from the archive will be lost.

Output

The system informs you the number of reloaded fiscal documents. In addition, the number of entries with identical primary keys in the Fiscal Document Header table (J_1BNFDOC) is displayed, if there are any. If you run the program in test run mode, the system displays the number of fiscal documents in the selected archives.

Result

The archived data are written back to the database. If you run the program in test run mode, there are no changes.

Note for System Administrators Regarding Deletion of Reloaded Files

Although the old archive file is not accessible after reloading any more, it is not physically deleted. It stays in the file system. The system administrator should delete archive files which have been reloaded. The status of an archive file can be checked in the table ADMI_FILES where the entry STATUS_FIL provides the status of each individual archive run. All files with status 'RELOADED' can be deleted. The corresponding physical file is given in the entry 'FILENAME'. In addition, files with OBJ_COUNT = 0 can also be deleted. (These files are created for example when the selection criteria of an archiving run does not match any data. The archive file is therefore empty.)
