J_1B_NFNUM9_CORRECTION - Add leading zeros to NFENUM (J_1B_NFDOC)

Purpose

The nine-digit NF-e number should be stored with leading zeros in table J_1B_NFDOC.

When it is entered through reference (XBLNR) in the original document the leading zeros are missing.

This report corrects all records in table J_1B_NFDOC and adds the leading zeros to field NFENUM.
