Purpose

Legal requirement for Greece.

Output

The accounting movements are shown per company / account, for the requested period.

Debit, Credit, and Cumulative balance columns are provided for local currency amounts (and for the transaction curr. if explicitly requested so by user w/ option "Show amounts in trans.curr.").

The movements are shown analytically for the "reporting period" defined in posting date range option (not necessarily in the same fiscal year), and totalled for the "previous dates", i.e. for the dates before this range and within the same fiscal year (same w/ that of the range's starting date).

Totals are given at accout, page, company, and report level.

An error log is also provided (at end of list during background runs, or via a screen button during online list displaying).

Selection

(only those w/o obvious meaning are listed)

  • Include accounts not posted to:
By default the accounts that have at least one non-zero amount in one of the displayed rows - columns are listed, unless this option is chosen.
  • Sums on reference doc.:
Show sums for documents having the same posting date, posting key, cost center, & reference doc.
  • Show only the sums:
The items of the documents having the same posting date, posting key, cost center, & reference doc, are replaced by the respective sums.

Restrictions

  • Selection from Archived data sources is not supported.
  • Multi company selection is possible only if all companies have the same fiscal year variant.
  • The alternative account number is retrieved from account's master data (table SKB1).
  • In Classic GL:
  • Dynamic selections (for transactions) do not apply for displayed balances (previous year / previous dates).

This is valid also for NewGL if user settings determine that GLT0 is read.
  • The only selections that can be applied successfully for both balance & item sections, are Business Area & Transaction Curr.
