J_1GPU32TO20 - Clear open items of 32 to 20

Description

This dialog program transfers automaticly open items in accounts 32 to the respective accounts 20.

Requirements

For this program to work correctly then following must be true:

1. Table J_1GPU32RULES is maintained correctly.
2. Table TF123 is maintained for the range of accounts 32 and EBELN, EBELP are set as the criteria.
3. Since automatic clearing is done on equality of EBELN and EBELP make sure that no other FI postings might be misused.

Output

The program displays all items to be processed. The user has the ability to display either the FI document or the PO document, exclude some of the line items selected, and save (i.e. perform the automatic clearing) of all the lines in the table.
