Purpose
You use this report to get all active licenses for a scheme in a particular year. The licenses are then used for various business transactions.
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access India Localization Menu, choose Import-Export -> Track Licenses.
Integration
Prerequisites
Ensure that the system contains licenses pertaining to a certain scheme, license code, and plant. You do this by executing the relevant EXIM application.
Features
Selection
On the selection screen, enter the following details:
- In the General Selection group box, enter the scheme code, plant, and license year
- In the Further Selection group box, enter either the material code or purchasing document
Standard Variants
Output
The report displays the list of active licenses that match the selection criteria. The report also displays the quantity and amount of a license.
