Description

Program J_1SMBZM makes quantity changes for carrier route reserve orders via batch input. It also creates a list of errors, notes and change notifications.

The changes are made at schedule line level by generating periodical limited changes (schedule line type BP) or limited changes for specific dates (BT) if the selection period is only one publication date.

If subtractive changes already exist in the selection period (schedule line types BT or BP), these are changed if their validity period is within the selection period.

The change quantity is determined using a variant of table J_1SVARIEV, where the change quantity based on the base quantity is stored in the fields "+/- sign" and "Change quantity".

Notes

• The specified selection period for which the quantity changes are to be created is checked as follows:

The system determines the latest order deadline for the selected publications (or for all publications if you do not specify selection criteria). The valid-from date specified must be earlier than or the same as the latest order deadline determined plus 1 day.

• The new quantity is 0 or less

• If the new quantity determined is 0 or less and the validity period is unlimited (valid to 12/31/9999), the program creates a periodical limited schedule line change valid to 12/30/9999 with a quantity of 0.

Requirements

You can only use this function if the orders in question are created as orders with several schedule lines.

Selection criteria:

You can restrict selection of orders to be changed by specifying the following selection criteria:

• Country (REQUIRED)

• Normal delivery country

• Service company (OPTIONAL)

• Contract service company; this selection criterion only makes sense if the BP assignment to the delivery rounds is maintained.

• Carrier route (OPTIONAL)

• Publication (REQUIRED)

• Edition (OPTIONAL)

• Mix type (OPTIONAL)

• Order type (REQUIRED)

• Check order type grouping (OPTIONAL)

• If this indicator is selected, the program checks whether the selected order types are reserves orders.

Control:

Processing is controlled by the following parameters:

• Quantity change from-to (REQUIRED)

• The quantity change is generated for this period.

• Quantity change variant (REQUIRED)

• The additive/subtractive change quantities are determined based on this variant.

• Change type (REQUIRED)

• A = additive; the quantity determined in the specified variant raises or reduces the normal or subtractive quantity.

• E = subtractive; the quantity determined in the variant replaces the normal or subtractive quantity.

• Base quantity (REQUIRED)

• N = normal quantity; the quantity from the normal schedule line is used to determine the additive or subtractive change quantity from table J_1SVARIEV.

• E = subtractive quantity; the quantity from the subtractive schedule line is used to determine the additive or subtractive change quantity from table J_1SVARIEV.

• Test run (OPTIONAL)

• Selected -> no batch input session is created

• Blank -> production run: a batch input session is created

• Errors/notes (OPTIONAL)

• Selected -> list is created

• Blank -> list is not created

• Change log (OPTIONAL)

• Selected -> changes are listed

• Blank -> list is not created

• Print BP

• If you enter a B in this field, the report prints the carrier route and its long text for each item on the error/note and change logs.

If the base quantity is N, the quantity for schedule line 0010 is changed to 12 and if the base quantity is E, the quantity is changed to 16.

If the base quantity is N, the quantity for schedule line 0010 is changed to 12 and if the base quantity is E, the quantity is changed to 25.
