J_1SNBOT - IS-M/SD CH/S: Postal Data Transfer Program for PTT Carriers

Purpose
In this step, the data from the temporary table of carriers (ISP_PTT_BOT_DAT) is formatted and written to the Swiss carrier table J_1SBOTPRO.
Integration
Please adhere to the processing sequence (reports).
Transfer of PTT master data dataset
1) J_1SNFIL (Create temporary file)
2) J_1SKGS (Create dummy entry for district municipality key)
3) J_1SNORT (Data transfer of PTT city data)
4) J_1SNPLZ (Data transfer of PTT postal code data)
5) J_1SNSTR (Data transfer of PTT street data)
6) J_1SNBOT (Data transfer of PTT carrier data)
Prerequisites
The assignment between the logical and physical paths must be maintained:
Physical path: ISP_PTT_ALL
Logical path: ISP_PTT_ALL
The following logical file names must be maintained:
ISP_PTT_ORT_DAT (Temporary city file)
ISP_PTT_PLZ_DAT (Temporary postal code file)
ISP_PTT_STR_DAT (Temporary street file)
ISP_PTT_BOT_DAT (Temporary carrier file)
Please note: The physical file name depends on the settings for the logical files.
Tables:
Table J_1SBOTPRO must be empty.
Temporary files:
You should have run program J_1SNFIL (create temporary file) with the PTT dataset files.
District municipality key:
You should have run program J_1SKGS (create dummy entry for district municipality key).
SAP city file:
You should have run program J_1SNORT (postal data transfer for cities).
SAP postal code files:
You should have run program J_1SNPLZ (postal data transfer for postal codes).
SAP street file:
You should have run program J_1SNSTR (postal data transfer for streets).
CAUTION: Existing entries are deleted when you load the carrier dataset.
Program J_1SNBOT can be restarted if the requirements are met.
Selection
Country
Country for which the carriers are to be formatted (default = 'CH').
Date:
Processing month or processing date.
Printer controls:
Various settings for log output.
Input
Temporary carrier file:
ISP_PTT_BOT_DAT.
SAP city file:
JSTORTPRO.
SAP street file:
JSTSTRPRO.
Output
Log (SPOOL):
Records containing errors and records not transferred are listed.
Carrier table:
J_1SBOTPRO (carrier data CH)
Activities
1) Check whether the requirements are met
2) Enter selection criteria on selection screen
3) Execute program
4) Check log
