J_2GLPPMM - Program for printing Material documents

Description

This program prints Material documents according to logical kind
ÄÁ(MM).

Requirements

SELECT OPTIONS
Print task code The print task code to be used
User must have the correct authorization to
use a print task code. Authorizations should
have been built for each print task code
based on authorization object ZPRNTSK
Company The company code that issues the paper
document
User The user who created the Material document
Year of Material document
Material documents The range of documents to be considered for
printing the paper documents
Transaction/event type Consider only Material documents with these
transaction/events types
Movement types Consider only the Material documents with these
movement types
Posting date Consider only documents at this posting date
Language For the printing you can either specify the
language or specify that the communication
language of the main partner shall be used
Printer Use this printer instead of the one specified
in customizing ( /GRSAP/P1 )
Print immediately Prints the paper document immediately
Delete after print Deletes the spool request upon successfull
print
Show print dialog The user at run time specifies the printing
parameters through a dialog box.
Test run Do not give legal number to document, bust just
print it

Output

If the document has been printed before, i.e has been associated with
a legal number then the user has 4 or 3 choices accordingly
1. Reprint the document with old legal number
2. Associate the document with a new legal number
3. Skip the document ( Do not process )
4. Skip the document along with all subsequent.
In the case the print task code is different that the print task code
used to print the document the last time, option 1 will be unavailable.
The user then must run the program with the print task code used when
we printed the document in order to reprint it.
Also if the print task code is manual reprint is irrelevant.

If the print task code is not manual unless a test has failed the
paper documnet will be printed
If the print task code is manual then the user will be asked to
input the legal number used on paper.
