J_3GBELEG_KONVERT - Convert Various Fields in J_3GBELP

Description

As of release 3.0A, the document header table (J_3GBELK) and the document item table (J_3GBELP) contain new fields of a particularly important controlling nature. These fields are not available for "old" data records so you must make sure that you maintain them.

Previously you could only enter equipment, but now material is also an important control field for resource type. The resource type "IE" is imported into the "old" dataset when the appropriate program is run.

Another important control element is the inventory management type. It is particularly important for materials. For equipment, the inventory management type is the same as the activity type.
