J_3RS_CCD_HEAD_MIGRATION - Issue Date field initialization for CCD
General Material Data BAL Application Log DocumentationThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You use this report to maintain existing export data so that it can be used in the SAP export confirmation solution.
Integration
The use of export customs declarations (CDecs) is a mandatory requirement for SAP export confirmation processes. Export customs declarations contain an Issue of Goods Allowed Datefield; this field is used to determine the export confirmation period which is required for export confirmation processes.
To enable migration to the export confirmation solution, you are required to initialize the Issue of Goods Allowed Datefield in existing CDecs. You can choose one of three possible values for the Issue of Goods Allowed Datefield, including:
- Cross-border date for the export customs declaration
- Registration date for the export customs declaration
- User-defined date (via the BAdI: Issue Date Initialization Business Add-In)
Prerequisites
- If you are using a user-defined date for the initial Issue of Goods Allowed Date field value, then make the required settings using the BAdI: Issue Date Initialization (J3RS_CDEC_BADI_ISSUE_DATE).
- Before you migrate to the SAP export confirmation solution, we recommend you check and maintain existing data for export customs declarations.
Features
Selection
On the selection screen, you enter selection criteria as follows:
- Company code
- A selection or range of export customs declarations, based on their number or type
- Sold-to party
- In the Output Controlgroup box, you can choose your preferred report layout.
Standard Variants
Output
The program generates a list of export customs declarations according to the selection criteria. The program displays the export customs declarations with identifying details such as:
- Company code
- Export customs declaration number and type
- Registered customs office
- Key dates, such as registration date, cross-border date, issue of goods allowed date
- External document number
- Sold-to party ID and name
You can drill-down on any line items for more information (this uses the Display Export GTD Data (transaction J3RSCD03).
The Status field indicates whether the selected export customs declaration can be initialized;
- red indicates an error and the CDec cannot be initialized
- yellow indicates that the CDec can be initialized
Choose Save to initialize the value of the Issue of Goods Allowed Date field in accordance with your requirements. The status changes to green if initialization has been successful and the data has been updated in the export customs declarations.
Note: The program checks for locked objects before updating the corresponding export customs declaration. If a declaration is locked then it cannot be updated, and the program adds the declaration to the error log.
Activities
To access this report, use the Initialize Date in Export Customs Declaration transaction (J3RS_CCD_ISSDATEMIGR).
