Prerequisites

You have authorization for authorization object J_7L_INFC.

Features

Selection

The selection of a Material Number, Variant, Company Code, Country, and Sales Unit allows you to restrict the report to individual master data.

The required entry field Recycling Partner (Source) specifies which recycling partner should be replaced.

The required entry field Recycling Partner (Target) specifies which is the new recycling partner.

The required entry field New Version From specifies the key date as of which a version to be replaced is selected.

The required entry field New Version To specifies the key date up to which a version to be replaced is selected.

The system does not make any changes in test mode.

If the Deactivate Checks indicator is set, articles can also be changed that are inconsistent if, for example, attribute values are to be changed in another step.

Optionally, the adjustment of conditions can also be forced by selecting the Adjust Conditions checkbox.

The Trigger Workflow Event checkbox is only visible if Customizing for REA has been set up accordingly. If the checkbox is selected, a workflow event for the business object REA_ARTICLE is triggered following each change.
