J_7L_CORRECT_PACK_DATA - Correction of Errors in Packaging Data

Purpose

This report corrects data records that were logically incorrectly deleted in REA packaging. When it is run, fraction data that is recycling partner-specific is deleted if the fraction assignment of the fraction was already deleted.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have authorization for authorization object J_7L_INFC.

Features

Selection

By selecting the packaging number/variant, you restrict the data to individual master data.

The required entry field Key Date specifies which period should be considered.

The system does not make any changes in test mode.

If the check is deactivated, packaging that is inconsistent can be changed also.

The Trigger Workflow Event checkbox is only visible if REA Customizing has been set up accordingly. If the checkbox is selected, a workflow event for the business object REA_PACKAGING is triggered following each change.

Log Detail 1 displays only a summary. A log detail level > 1 displays the various processing steps as well.

Output

The result is displayed as a transient application log in a modal dialog box.

Activities

You should check and, if necessary, correct your packaging master using this program. An incomplete logical deletion in the dialog can lead to internal error 6 occurring when other mass maintenance programs are used in REA packaging (J_7LV08 record exists although J_7LV02 record is missing).
