Report used to generate a batch input session to create physical inventory documents in accordance with general specifications relating to the material.

Description

This report generates a batch input session. When the latter is run via the function Session administration -> Batch input (in the physical inventory menu), physical inventory documents are created for materials that satisfy the criteria specified on the selection screen.

Requirements

The indicators 'Incl. inventoried materials' and 'Incl. inventoried batches' have the following effect within the framework of the continuous inventory in the current fiscal year:

• '_' '_' -> the report adopts the following materials:
  
  

,, (1),,non-inventoried material;
,, (2),,non-inventoried material subject to batch
,,,,,,management requirement.

• 'X' '_' -> the report adopts the following materials:
  
  

,, (1),,non-inventoried material;
,, (2),,non-inventoried material subject to
,,,,,,management in batches
,, (3),,already-inventoried material;
,, (4),,batches of materials subject to batch mgmt.
,,,,,,requirement and inventoried, that were created
,,,,,,after the last physical inventory;
,,,,,,(already-inventoried batches are excluded).

• '_' 'X' -> The report adopts the following materials:
  
  

,, (1),,non-inventoried material;
,, (2),,non-inventoried material subject to batch
,,,,,,management requirement
,, (4),,batches of a material subject to batch
,,,,,,management and inventoried, that were
