MMXPRA17 - Adapt Material Master Field Attributes

Description
This conversion program updates certain entries in the material master field table. This is the table in which you define, for example, the maintenance status and the field selection group for each material master field. You can access this table in Customizing for the Material Master by choosing Assign fields to field selection groups.
The conversion program makes the following changes:
- Assigns the following reference fields to a special field selection group:

- You can set the maintenance attributes of these fields in table T130S in Customizing for the Material Master in Make global settings.
- Sets the following fields for configurable materials to maintainable:
- MARC-PERKZ
- MARC-PERIV
- MARC-SAUFT
- MARC-SHFLG
- MARC-SHZET
- Sets field MARC-MINBE to non-maintainable
- Adapts the tax maintenance pushbuttons to the tax classification with reference to the field selection
- Assigns local field MARC-COPAM (link to CO/PA) to new field group 122
- Assigns the indicator Environmentally relevant to the overall maintenance status and to new field group 125
- Assigns the following MRP/forecasting pushbuttons to special field selection groups:

- Assigns the overall maintenance status to the material status fields (purchasing) MARA-MSTAE and MARA-MSTDE
- Assigns only maintenance status P to forecasting pushbuttons (all MPOP_* fields)
- Assigns maintenance status DAG to the following costing fields and pushbuttons:
- MARC-KZKUP
- MARC-VERKZ
- MARC_MKAL
- Deletes the following accounting fields from the material master field attribute table:
- MBEW-LBKUM
- MBEW-SALK3
- MBEW-VMKUM
- MBEW-VMSAL
- MBEW-VJKUM
- MBEW-VJSAL
- MBEW-VKSAL
- MBEW-LFMON
- MBEW-LFGJA
- These fields must not be maintainable manually since the field contents are always determined internally via the application.
The XPRA can be restarted at any time and repeated as often as required.
Output
The log contains only one entry for the start and end of updating. Errors cannot occur since the entries that are updated in the field selection table are only those that also exist in the customer system.
