Description
Migration report to update the object icons at operation level in the shop floor routing. In past releases, the system only displayed icons for components, inspection characteristics, PRTs, and documents. After executing this report, the system also displays all other icons at operation level. That is, for work instructions, buyoffs, logical components, qualifications, and relationships.
Purpose
You use this report to perform a one-time update of the object icons to make them visible at operation level as well as at operation activity level. You are prompted by the system to run the report the first time you execute transaction MSFR4.
Selection
The report allows you to define the following parameters and settings:
- Icon Update:
- If the status is Completed, you do not need to execute this report.
- If the status is Incomplete, you need to execute this report.
- Test Run
- If you select this flag, the system does not update the results in the database table and performs a test run only.
Output
The output of this report is an ALV list showing the number of successfully updated records as well as the number of failed updated records.
After having run the report, the icons that are available in the shop floor routing structure for all routing at operation activity level are also displayed at operation level.
