NSDM_MATDOC_AGING_RUN - Aging run for data aging object MM_MATDOC

Purpose

This program can be used to move data from the current area of the MATDOC table to the historical area of this table.

If the data aging object MM_MATDOC is activated, the system automatically performs data aging runs for material documents once a week. During each data aging run, the system moves all material documents that meet the following requirements to the historical area of the MATDOC table:

•Based on the posting date of the material document, the residence time exceeds 731 days.

•The posting date of the material document is neither in the current posting period nor in the previous posting period.

Data aging is performed in packages of 100.000 material documents per data aging run.

Integration

Prerequisites

The system can only move complete material documents. It cannot perform data aging for individual items of a material document.
