OAA_CLEAN_DELTA_TABLE - Deletion of Outdated Entries in ATP Delta Tables
ABAP Short Reference ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plansThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
You use this report to delete entries (change indicators) in the following tables that log stock-relevant changes to article/source combinations:
- OAA_ATP_CHAG_IND (for DC articles)
- With this table, logging of stock-relevant changes is only active if BAdI implementation DEFAULT_OAA_DELTA_ATP_MODE has been activated.
- OAA_DELTA_VENDOR (for vendor articles)
Both tables accumulate entries that have become outdated. In addition, they contain more entries than needed, that is, they contain a number of entries that are not relevant for your online stores. All these entries keep building up over time and should be deleted, for the sake of good housekeeping and to improve overall performance.
To determine the entries to be deleted, the report proceeds as follows:
- It deletes outdated entries from table OAA_ATP_RUN_INFO. This table holds information about the latest ATP snapshot generation run, per consumer ID. If you specify 2 as the number of days, all entries created yesterday and today are retained; all others are deleted. If you do not specify any value, all entries created today are retained; all others are deleted.
- It then checks the information about the ATP snapshot generation runs stored in table OAA_ATP_RUN_INFO. Per type (ATP Run for DC Articlesand Stock Replication for Vendor Articles), it determines the earliest timestamp of any ATP snapshot generation run, and deletes all entries from the above tables that are earlier than this timestamp.
