OIG_UNBLOCK_VEHICLE - Unblock Vehicle Master Data

Purpose

You can use this report to unblock IS-OIL vehicle master data. The unblocked data will be available for any business transactions or business use and will be displayed in existing business objects. You can either create or edit new business objects or conduct follow-up activities on unblocked data.

Integration

Prerequisites

To use this report, you must have a role based on the following attributes:

• Authorization object OI_VEH_BLK

• Activity: 02, CHANGE

You have activated the business functions:

o,,Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)

o,,Oil & Gas, ILM Enablement for IS-OIL (ILM_IS_OIL_02)

Features

Selection

Select whether you want to process IS-OIL Vehicle Master Data. You can then make single/multiple selections to specify the data you want to unblock.

Standard Variants

Output

Based on the data you choose, and the selection criteria you specify, the report unblocks data. It unblocks the vehicle master data by resetting the blocking indicators in the master database tables.

A log is displayed after processing. The amount of information you get depends on the level of usage of the vehicle in various transactions of IS-OIL.
