PAOCF_EC_MIG_JOB_POS_OF_IT1 - Migrate Job and Position Data of Infotype 0001

Purpose

Use this report to remove Positions and Job keys that have no key mapping, and Organizational Units from infotype 0001.

This report is useful in scenarios where you want to migrate job and position data from the PD Org Integration to the replication of PA-based Org entities.

Changing infotype 0001, in such a way is necessary to avoid employee master data replication errors due to forbidden payroll recalculations when you switch off the PA-PD integration and switch on the replication of PA -based Org entities.

Prerequisites

PA-PD integration is switched off.

The user needs the authorization to use transaction PAOCF_EC_MIG_JP_IT1 and the authorization to change infotype 0001 records.

Features

Selection

You can select personnel numbers to be migrated.

The report locks the respective personnel numbers when their infotype 0001 records are being updated. Run the report only for personnel numbers that aren't being processed by other users.
