Converts Specification API Property Definition Customizing and remove content from column ATINN, because in multi system environment ATINN cannot be used as table key to link API configuration to Classification Master Data.

Main Steps:

1) Select all non-empty ATINN fields from Specification API Property Definition Customizing table (/PLMI/SPC_CA_CHA), which also exist in the Classification Master Data table (CABN).

2) Clear ATINN field values (by using first a DELETE and after an INSERT operation) from Property Definition Customizing table.

Remark: Table CABN can remain writable during the upgrade. Even with changes in CABN data, the internal - external key mapping stays, that cannot be changed.
