POAC_MMPO_2_ACE_TRANSFER - Transfer Purchase Orders to Accrual Engine

This transaction allows you to select MM purchase orders that are relevant for accruals and transfer them to the accrual engine to create/update the corresponding accrual (sub)objects.

Standard selection fields and options for selecting accruals relevant MM purchase orders may not fully meet your needs, you can modify the selection fields and options by means of implementing your methods provided in enhancement spot Transfer MM Purchase Orders into the Accrual Engine, more possibilities for modifying the standard transfer logic are described in the help document of this enhancement spot.

You can use this program to transfer existing purchase orders into the Accrual Engine. This is required for example when you want to go live with the application Purchase Order Accruals despite already purchase orders exist in the system: Those existing purchase orders need to be transferred into the Accrual Engine. Newly created purchase orders will automatically be transferred into the Accrual Engine.

You can use this program also to update the data in the Accrual Engine even if the purchase order was already transferred into the Accrual Engine. A use case could be that the Customizing was changed in the meantime.
