Description

The report is used to convert planned orders into process orders in a batch procedure.

You can choose whether to log processing by:

  • Outputting a conversion log that contains all information messages
  • Outputting an error log that only contains planned orders that could not be converted with error messages

Planned orders that could not be converted are also collected in a batch input session and can be reprocessed using the batch input tools. You can create an individual error folder for each MRP controller.

The recipient specified as a parameter can be notified of the creation of the error folder via workflow. Ensure that event linkage is activated in standard task TS00408210 for the event to be triggered. If an error folder is created for each MRP controller, the recipient specified in the MRP controller master record is notified. If no recipient is specified there, the recipient specified as a parameter in the program is notified.

You can carry out selection as a test. In this process, the planned orders selected for conversion are simply displayed in a log.

Parameters:

  • Test run: Executes conversion in the form of a test. The planned orders selected for conversion are merely displayed in a log.
  • Process order type Key that is required to create a process order (compare transaction CO40).
  • Error log only: Only the planned orders that could not be converted with error messages are logged.
  • Error folder per MRP controller: Creates an error folder for each MRP controller.
  • Folder retained after viewing: When the indicator is set, the error folder is not deleted after being processed in the batch input session.
  • Creator of the error folder: User entered as the creator in the error folder.
  • Send mail: Sends a mail to the appropriate MRP controller when the batch input session is created. If the indicator Error folder per MRP contrllr is not set, the mail is sent to the Recipient (alternative)
  • Express document: Sends mail as express document.
  • Recipient (alternative): Recipient of mail if no recipient is specified in the MRP controller master record of the responsible MRP controller.

Selection criteria for planned orders

  • Creation date days forward/back: Interval in calendar days within which the creation date for selection lies, starting from the system date. The interval is only taken into account if the parameter Select creation date is set.

Output

  • Conversion log/error log
  • Batch input session with planned orders that cannot be converted
  • Mail
