PPCOXPR1 - XPRA for Setting up a Missing Parts Index from the Table RESB

Description
The report PPCOXPR1 uses the table RESB (reservations) to create a table FTIND which contains the missing parts index. After the table FTIND has been created the database index RESB______2 is deleted. The report itself can be started as often as possible, but should only be run once.
