PPE_MATFLOW_SET - Convert Indicator "Aggregate Scrap" at Sequence Relationship

Purpose

As of iPPE 3.0, you can set the Aggregate Scrap indicator for the routing.

In previous releases, the system assumes that this indicator is set for planning, even if this is not the case in the database.

This XPRA sets the Aggregate Scrap indicator for all maintained routings in the database table PRSEQ.

If the XPRA is called again after the release has been installed, data that were manually changed after installation are not affected. This means that if the "Aggregate Scrap" indicator is not set in the routing, no additional changes are applied when the XPRA is called again.
