Purpose

This report displays the accrual group information and allows you to reverse the accrual group.

Integration

You can call this report only from the Prepayment Accrual Posting (PPMGAC_ACCRUAL_WORKCENTER) report.

Prerequisites

• Prepayment agreement should exist in the system.

• You must have relevant authorizations for the authorization object F_PPMG_ACR.

Activities

1. Enter the relevant selection criteria and execute the report.

The system displays the Interest Accrual Reversal screen. You can see the accrual group information.

1. Double-click an accrual group to see the prepayment information and Agency Business Documents (ABD) for the related accrual group.
2. Select any accrual group and click the Reverse option to reverse the accrual group and to generate the reversal ABD.
