PPMGCO_REP_UTIL_EXP_CLOSE - Close Prepayment Agreement

Purpose

This report is used to close prepayment agreement open amount, which is not yet settled, or recovered.

Integration

Prerequisites

• Prepayment agreement should exist in the system.

• Before executing the report for the first time, you must maintain intervals for number range object PPMGCO_DDC in the Customizing activity Define Number Range for Prepayment Closure Utility Program.

• You must have relevant authorization related to authorization objects F_PPMG_AGR and F_PPMG_WCD.

Features

Selection

Enter the Prepayment Agreement with any Prepayment Category except PT (Prepayment request).

Standard Variants

Output

When you execute the report, the system displays the prepayment agreement amounts. You can create a recovery from this screen.

When you select a prepayment agreement on this screen, the system displays the details of consumed amounts for the selected prepayment agreement. You can delete a recovery that is created by this report only from this screen.
