Purpose

You use this report to reverse the acceptance of shortages for materials in your area of responsibility.

Integration

Prerequisites

Your user needs to be assigned to at least one area of responsibility.

Features

This report reverses the acceptance of shortages for materials in the areas of responsibility to which your user is assigned.

In the Fiori app, the shortage situation is displayed as it was before you accepted the shortage.

Selection

You can either revoke the acceptance of all shortages in your area of responsibility or just for a specific MRP controller and/or specific materials.

Note: This report only reverses the acceptance of shortages for materials that are in your area of responsibility. If your selection includes materials that do not belong to your area of responsibility, these materials are ignored and their accepted shortages will not be reversed.

Standard Variants

Output

The report shows the number of accepted shortages that have been revoked and any error messages.
