Purpose
The report is basically a simplified version of transaction COMAC to be used in background processing. It has less selection criteria and some fixed settings. The material availability of all orders matching the selection criteria will be checked. There is not intermediate ALV where orders can be selected. Since there is no ALV layout to sort the list, it is possible to choose if the orders are processed by basic or scheduled start date. the hard coded settings are as follows:
- Orders with status locked, closed or technically completed will not be selected, even if this status is entered as selection criteria.
- An individual check per material according to check group will be performed.
- Planned orders are not firmed.
