Use

You can use this Online report to download and upload data for product substitutions and product exclusions. This report allows you to upload data only in the prescribed template format provided by SAP. SAP provides separate templates for uploading product substitution and exclusion data. Download the specific template and populate it with the required data.

You can also download application-area specific substitution data. For example, you can choose to download only aATP relevant substitution data or eSPP relevant substitution data, or both.

The report displays the Application filter section only if the eSPP application-area is activated. If the eSPP application-area is not activated, by default you can download only aATP relevant substitution data.
