Purpose

You use this program to activate or deactivate the distribution scenarios.

1. Activate Setup

The distribution scenarios send data only for those employees whose data has changed since the last run. To determine whether the data of an employee has changed, the system checks if the employee has an entry in the PCL4 table. The PCL4 table has entries for an employee only if the entries are made in the tables listed below for those infotypes (and their subtypes) that are of interest.

This report makes entries in the above tables for the following infotypes:

• 0001

• 0002

• 0006

• 0027

• 0105

• 0471

• 0472

• 0473

• 0474

• 0475

1. Deactivate Setup

In this mode, the program deleted all of the entries that were made in the program when executed in Activate Setup mode.
