PTRV_DELETE_CCBEL - Deletion program for outdated TC-CCBEL entries (Credit Card Data)

Purpose
The purpose of this report is to delete the outdated CCBEL Entries of TC-Cluster (credit card data) for the processing personnel number(s) based on the receipt dates.
For the given Personnel Number(s), the TC-Cluster is imported and the CCBEL Entries are checked if the receipt date of the entries is less than or equal to the deletion date provided on the selection screen. The CCBEL entries that satisfy this condition are set to deletion.
Integration
Prerequisites
·,,The Processing Personnel Number(s) should have valid Credit Card details maintained in the Communication Infotype.
·,,The Processing Personnel Number(s) should have their Credit Card receipts available in the Document Buffer.
Features
Selection
·,,Personnel Number
The Personnel Number under process should be entered here. Multiple personnel numbers can also be entered. Users can either enter the Personnel Number(s) or use the F4 Help.
·,,Deletion Date
Deletion Date is a mandatory parameter. Users must provide the date in the format DD.MM.YYYY or choose from the F4 Help. The CCBEL Entries with receipt date less than or equal to this Deletion Date are deleted.
·,,Processing Options
Test Mode and Production Mode. Test Mode is selected by default. To choose Production Mode, select the corresponding option.

When the user provides the Deletion Date and Personnel Number(s) on the Selection Screen and executes in Production Mode, the report imports the CCBEL entries of the Personnel Number(s) under process and checks if the receipt date of those entries are less than or equal to the Deletion Date. If the condition is satisfied, then those records are deleted from CCBEL (TC-Cluster) and the deleted entries are displayed.
·,,Test Mode
When the user provides the Deletion Date and Personnel Number(s) on the Selection Screen and executes in Test Mode, the report imports the CCBEL entries of the Personnel Number(s) under process and checks if the receipt date of those entries are less than or equal to the Deletion Date. If the condition is satisfied, then only those entries are displayed in the Output Screen as Deletable Records. They will not be deleted from the TC-Cluster.
