Purpose

You use this report to delete event handler data or event handler logs. This report deletes data from the following tables:

  • PYC_D_EHI (PCC: Event Handler Item Table for Master Data Change)
  • PYC_D_EHL (PCC: Event Handler Log Table)

Integration

After you save the variant for this report, specify the variant for this report in Admin Transaction Report(PYC_ADMIN_TRANSACTION).

Prerequisites

Make sure that the switch PYD_SFWS_SC_07 is switched on.

Features

Selection

Description

For the number of days, enter an integer. The days will be converted to the second in the format of "YYYYMMDDhhmmss".

  • Mark as Irrelevant (X days)
This field is only valid for event handler data.
If you enter x days, when the report is executed, the system does the following:
  1. Finds data that was older than x days since the last change time (LC_DT) by the report execution time.
  2. Marks it as irrelevant and updates the the last change time (LC_DT) of the data to the report execution time.
  • Delete Older Than X Days
If you enter y days, when the report is executed, the system does the following:
  1. Deletes the event handler data that was older than y days since the last change time (LC_DT) by the report execution time.
  2. Selects event handler logsthat was older than y days since the last change time (LC_DT) by the report execution time.
  • Max Entries for Processing
This field applies to event handler data only.
Define the maximum number of entries that can be marked as irrelevant and deleted every time you execute this report. For example, if you enter 500 here, and 400 entries of event handler data are marked as irrelevant, then this report only deletes up to 100 entries even if more entries meet the selection criteria.
  • Delete Old Event Handler Logs
If this checkbox is selected, this report deletes the event handler logs that has been selected in Delete Older Than X Days field.
  • Simulation
If this checkbox is selected, the report runs a simulation without making any changes to the database.

Save the values that you have entered in the selection screen as a variant.
