PYC_PRE_ASSIGNMENT - Processor Pre-Assignment Report

Purpose
In the monitoring step, the user creates the worklist template by clicking the Changebutton and assigning default processors to errors.
The next time the monitoring step is run, this report assigns personnel numbers (PERNRs) with errors to default processors based on the worklist template.
You must notmanually start this report.
Integration
This report is triggered by the ALERTS PRE-ASSIGNMENTjob in the following standard Initiate Policies step:
- PYP_V2_INIT_POLICIES, which supports validation rules and KPIs created in Configuration Workbench
- PYP_TSK_INIT_POLICIES, which supports validation rules and KPIs created using Manage Configuration (based on validation rule types and KPI types created in Configuration Workbench)

The report assigns PERNRs with alerts to default processors according to the input parameter Process ID and saves the assignment to database tables.

Output
The report output displays the execution status of the report and the number of PERNRs or objects saved.
The payroll process manager can check the log of the report execution in Process Management in the Initiate Policies step of the process by choosing See details in the Status section.
