PYD_DAE_REGS_REORG - Payroll Data Source Framework Daemon: Reorganize Registries

Purpose
This report deletes daemon registrations (use cases and events) that have been processed already by the regular daemon jobs. It is always scheduled as part of the regular wrap-up jobs by the Admin Transaction Report(PYC_ADMIN_TRANSACTION).
Integration
After you save the variant for this report, specify the variant for this report in Admin Transaction Report(PYC_ADMIN_TRANSACTION).
Description
You use this report to delete and update tables: PYD_D_DAE_REGand PYD_D_DAE_EREG.
For the number of days, enter an integer. The days will be converted to the second in the format of YYYYMMDDhhmmss.
- Mark for Deletion (X Days)
- If you enter x days, when the report is executed, the system does the following:
- In the following tables, finds data that was older than x days since the last change time (PROCESSED_AT) by the report execution time:
- PYD_D_DAE_REG
- PYD_D_DAE_EREG
- Marks these data for deletion and updates the last change time (PROCESSED_AT) of the data to the report execution time.
- Delete Older than X Days
- If you enter y days, the report deletes data that was older than y days since the last change time (DEL_REQ_AT) by the report execution time in the following tables:
- PYD_D_DAE_REG
- PYD_D_DAE_REGP
- PYD_D_DAE_EREG
- PYD_D_DAE_EREGP
Save the values that you have entered in the selection screen as a variant.
