PYD_PERSON_DISP_DEL - Payroll Data Source Framework: Display/Delete Person Data

Purpose

You use this report to display and, if required, delete person-specific data.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

In the Personnel Number fields, enter the personnel number of the employee/s whose data you want to display or delete.

To restrict your search results, in the Instance fields, you can enter the Instance ID of the instance results you want to display or delete.

You can select the following checkboxes:

• Detailed Log

Displays a detailed results list of the deleted person-specific data

o,,Simulation

Simulates the deletion of selected person-specific data

NOTE: The Detailed Log and Simulation checkboxes are selected by default. You must deselect the Simulation checkbox to delete data.

Standard Variants

Output

If you select Detailed Log, the system displays a detailed list of the deleted or simulated deleted person-specific data.
