PYD_SHADOWS_REORG - Payroll Data Source Framework: Reorganize Finished Shadows

Purpose

This report deletes finished and inconsistent shadow processes IDs.

Integration

After you save the variant for this report, specify the variant for this report in Admin Transaction Report(PYC_ADMIN_TRANSACTION).

Prerequisites

Make sure that the following prerequisites are met:

• The batch user defined in Admin Transaction Report(PYC_ADMIN_TRANSACTION) has the authorization of Start Report for object P_PYD_AAUT.

• The switch PYD_SFWS_SC_04is switched on.

Description

If you specify X days, when the report is executed, the system does the following:

1. Finds data that was older than x days since the last change time (LC_DT) by the report execution time.
2. Selects data in table PYD_D_SH that have the status Finished or any status other than In Process, Not Processed, or Stopped.
3. Deletes the related data from tables: PYD_D_SH,PYD_D_SHI, andPYD_D_RESOS.

Save the values that you have entered in the selection screen as a variant.
