Purpose

You can use this report to retry updating an external system (another visit list planning system or cloud solution) in case the final route settlement update has failed.

Integration

Prerequisites

A previous attempt to send an update to an external system has failed.

Features

This report allows you to resend visit lists with the status Executed for which a previous update of an external system has failed.

Selection

The following selection criteria are both optional:

• Execution Date(the date on which the Visit List Planning report was last executed)

• Visit List ID
