Title
Analysis of CO tables for archiving object CO_CCTR_PL.
Purpose
You use the RARCCOAP program to analyze data in CO tables during preparation for archiving CO data.
It is useful if you want to estimate the effects of your selection criteria on the number of archived records in certain tables for archiving object CO_CCTR_PL.
Prerequisites
SAP recommends this program if actual data needs to be kept for cost centers, but planning data is no longer required.
Features
The program reads all entries in the selected tables, and determines which entries can be archived from archiving object CO_CCTR_PL if certain selection criteria are used (fiscal year, controlling area). It then displays the results in a list.
The program analyzes the following CO tables:
- COEJ
- COSP
- COSS
- CPST
The program includes archiving object CO_CCTR_PL.
Activities
Run the RARCCOAP program.
On the selections screen, choose the tables that are to be analyzed. In the standard System, all tables are defaulted.
