RBCA_DIM_SUMSIN_DELETE - Deletion of Aggregated Billing Documents

Purpose
The report deletes the aggregated billing documents created by billing mass runs in the table BCA_RCN_SUMSIN.
Integration
Prerequisites
Features
You can select a date, residence time, and business area. The report calculates a date based on the following mathematical formula: Calculated Date = (Posting Date - Residence Time in Days) - 1
When you run the report, it deletes the data posted on or before the calculated date.
Selection
You need to enter the following data:
- Posting Date: Enter the posting date of the reconciliation documents.
- Residence Time in Days: Enter the number of days earlier than the Posting Date before which you want to delete the data.
- Business Area: Enter the company code. This is an optional field.
- Processing Mode: Choose Test Mode or Production Mode. In test mode, the report provides information about the data that would be deleted. In production mode, the report deletes the data. By default, test mode is set as the processing mode.

Output
Data is deleted. The system displays the number of records deleted and a list of posting dates from which the data is deleted.
Activities
Example
The posting date is 31.12.2014 and the residence time is 5. The system calculates the date before which you want to delete the data as (31-5)-1 = 25.12.2014. When you run the report, it deletes all the data with a posting date on or before 25.12.2014.
