Restrictions
Execute this program if you are using one of the following versions of Microsoft Excel:
- Excel 97/8.0
- Excel 2000/9.0
- Excel XP/10.0
- Excel 2003/11.0
The program checks the version of Microsoft Excel used. If the version of Microsoft Excel used is higher than 2003/11.0, the program terminates. The environment parameter is not updated.
This means that if you use a higher version of Microsoft Excel (Excel 2007/12.0 or higher), you no longer need to execute this program.
Description
This program loads the Excel file with the formatting macro for outputting properties in the specification information system from the local workstation into the Document Management System (DMS) and updates the entry in the EH&S environment parameter SIS_VALUAT_XLSFILE_DVSKEY.
You can run this program as often as required. The document key of the DMS document that was last created is always specified in the environment parameter. A new DMS document is created each time. Documents that are no longer needed must be deleted manually.
Requirements
The Excel file can be accessed from the local workstation and the path is known (the Excel file is included in the WWI scope of delivery).
The environment parameter SIS_VALUAT_XLSFILE_DVSKEY exists.
In the DMS, document type ISX is created in the following way:

| Note: If document type ISX is already assigned elsewhere, you must use a different key of your choice for the document type. This must then be assigned to the EH&S document type ISX (see below). |
A document status with the following settings must be defined for document type ISX:

The EH&S document type ISX is assigned to the DMS document type ISX.
Output
The program displays error and success messages on the screen.
