Purpose
The RC1_ADD_MATMASTER_ASSIGNMENT program searches for substance reports without an assigned MATMASTER application object, although the substance report has exactly one generation variant that owns an assigned MATMASTER application object.
The report offers an option to create this missing assignment in the substance report automatically.
Additionally, you have the option to view detailed information of the affected reports.
Integration
You can run the report independently.
Prerequisites
- SAP EHS Management as part of SAP ERP is installed on your system.
- The MATMASTER application object is assigned to all generation variants that provide an output of material data.
Features
Selection
The program does not require any input parameters. The following processing options are available:
- Carry out analysis
Analysis must be carried out.
- Carry out correction
The creation of corrections is optional.
- Display detailed information
If you choose this option, the system shows details regardless of whether corrections were made.
Standard Variants
Output
Once the program has been executed, the following information is provided:
- The number of reports to be checked.
- The number of assignments to be corrected.
- The number of corrected assignments.
