RC1_REPMAN_BLOCK - ILM-Based Blocking: Report Management
Addresses (Business Address Services) RFUMSV00 - Advance Return for Tax on Sales/PurchasesThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
Purpose
To block inbound reports after a certain time, you can use policies of SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM). With these policies, you define the residence duration until the reports are blocked.
This program blocks historical or archived inbound documents from report management according to the rules that you have entered in the ILM policy.
The program uses the last change date to calculate the residence duration.
Only users with the required authorization can still view but no longer change blocked reports.
Integration
Prerequisites
In transaction ILMARA (Audit Area Processing), you have assigned the following ILM object to the DISPLAY audit area:
- EHS_PS_REPMAN_DESTRUCTION (Report Management)
In transaction IRMPOL (ILM Policies), you have entered residence rules for the following ILM object and set the status to productive:
- EHS_PS_REPMAN_DESTRUCTION (Report Management)
- To select the ILM object, enter the following details:
- Policy category: residence rules
- Object category: SAP Business Suite
- Audit area: DISPLAY
You require the authorization for blocking person-related data (authorization object C_EHS_BLK). You also require the authorizations for editing reports (authorization objects C_SHER_TDH or C_SHER_TD2).
Note: The program skips objects that it cannot change due to missing authorization. Information about any objects skipped is available in the application log.
