Displaying Archived Time Sheet Data

Purpose

You can use this report to display archived time sheet data.

Features

Selection

Before the report starts selecting time sheet data, the amount of data for selection is displayed. If the selection would take too long, you have the option of canceling the function at this point.

Note if you schedule the report as a background job that the archive file(s) you select under Archive selection is irrelevant. The report takes into account all the archived time sheet data regardless of which archive file(s) it is stored in.
